Head of Secretariat
Over 20 years of experience in social work and development. Currently a PhD candidate at the University of Ghana, Dr. Ongoh brings deep expertise in social protection policy and programme management to lead the LEAP Secretariat.
Payments
Holds an MPhil in Social Work and a BSc in Planning from KNUST. Richard oversees the bi-monthly cash disbursement process through the e-zwich and GhIPSS payment infrastructure, ensuring accurate and timely payments to all beneficiaries.
Communications
Holds a Master of Philosophy in Gender and Development. Colson leads LEAP's communications strategy, managing public awareness, media relations, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the programme's message reaches all Ghanaians.
Finance
A member of ACCA with an MBA in Finance and over 15 years of service with the Controller and Accountant General's Department. Mabel manages LEAP's financial operations with rigour, ensuring transparent and accountable use of programme funds.
M&E
Holds a BA in Political Science and completed advanced M&E training at the University of Cape Town. Thomas leads LEAP's evidence generation, impact assessments, and performance monitoring to ensure the programme delivers measurable results.
Operations
Holds an MSc in Management of Development (Rural Development & Food Security) from Van Hall Larenstein University, Netherlands, and a PMP® certificate from Cambridge Centre of Excellence. With over a decade of experience across the private, public, and NGO sectors in project management, policy planning, rural development, and social protection, Malik coordinates LEAP's operational activities nationwide.
MIS
Brings 16 years of IT experience including 9 years of specialised MIS consultancy. Jeremiah oversees the LEAP Management Information System, which processes beneficiary data, PMT scores, payment records, and case management information.
